Refund Policy

All products support a 60-day return service starting from the day you receive your package, with no complicated return barriers for eligible items. We settle all refunds uniformly in US dollars, and the full refund process will be completed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned goods.

Before submitting a return request, please ensure the items are kept intact with original packaging, unused appearance and complete accessories. Damages caused by improper personal use, intentional breakage or missing parts will not be qualified for a full refund, and we will inform you of the adjusted refund amount according to the actual condition of the goods.

Once your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse, our professional inspection team will check the product status within one working day. After inspection approval, we will initiate the refund procedure immediately. The entire refund cycle lasts 5 to 10 working days, and all funds will be returned to your original payment account in USD currency without any currency conversion fees deducted by our store.

If you encounter abnormal delays in receiving your refund after the 10-day processing window, you can check the logistics receipt of your returned package for verification. We do not charge any restocking fees for standard eligible returns, and all refund settlement work strictly follows the unified USD settlement standard to avoid extra loss caused by currency exchange differences for our customers.

We retain the right to reject return and refund applications for items that fail inspection standards. All refund-related settlements, including partial compensation for defective goods, will still be calculated and issued in US dollars, keeping consistent settlement currency rules for all customers around the world.
